Ran 3 miles in Virginia Beach at the gym. Was there to watch EC run the marathon. She did great and I'm very proud of her. K was a litte tired so I helped him drive. The Ps and LC came and suprised her. That was very nice. Had a celebration dinner tonight at MC w/ everyone. Tomorrow is (gulp) a 12 mile run. We'll see how it goes.
