Marathon Run #30 (4 miles)

Total time- 43:20. Rainy and cold again outside today so this run was done again at Gold's. Relatively easy but the hips are hurting. I think the treadmill is alot harder than running outside. Anyway, did some laundry tonight and will be getting mattresses delivered tomorrow. Also going with EC to pick up running packet and I'll probably do some shopping. Weather for Sunday run (CB 10 miler) looks a bit chilly (40s) w/ a slight chance of rain. That's all..
