Total time-75:45. Raining and cold outside so I did this one at Gold's. It was brutal!!! I almost felt like quitting a couple of times. The runs outside are alot easier. Maybe its because of the distractions but this run was tough. Watching interview with a vampire and icing the knees down. Have had trouble sleeping all week. Part of it is this SFC evolution work which is going nowhere.
